A Tax Cut For All
Posted by Adam Graham in : Idaho Conservative, TheWhile it fell short of what I wanted (a repeal of the grocery tax in Idaho), I applaud the Idaho House Revenue and Taxation Committee for increasing the size of the grocery tax credit from $20 to $50 rather than passing the governor’s bill, which would have actually raised taxes on some Idahoans. For Andrea and I, it will be $60 back on our 2007 taxes. We’d much rather not have to pay, but politics is the art of the possible and I thank the committee for it’s efforts.
