Freshman Rep. Zach Space (D-OH) wrote his own ethics plege: No contributions from lobbyists and no lobbyist junkets. He broke the pledge, so he simply erased it from his website in a move reminiscent of George Orwell’s Animal Farm where revisionist pigs changed all the foundational rules until they were left with it is, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

Meanwhile, Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-NH) is upset about the progress of Congress, but seems to put all the blame on everyone bu the Demo0cratic House leadership that she practically marches in lockstep with.
