“just as substantive as the former one”, your argument would be valid, except that Cobra Commander is a fictional character developed to sell a toy line and as such is not real. Senator Obama IS a real person, who has his own ideas and beliefs (whether you agree with them or not). Senator Obama is not a dictator hell bent on restricting the choices of people and stifling democracy.
