The way he balanced the books was to add a 5th tax payment to the year. On average most taxpayers had to shell up over $500.00. He gave them a whole 2 months to come up with the $$ When an elderly person asked the Mayor what if I can't come up the money. He answer was I'm sure we will get good money for it in a tax sale. HE IS A JERK !!!!!! I can't wait to get him out of my city, and by the way I was a former elected Republican party offical.
