Endorsements: State House District 21

Posted by Adam Graham in : Idaho Conservative, The

The combination of my, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” and the service of District 21 Representatives John Vanderwoude (R-21A) and Cliff Bayer (R-21B) make my endorsement in those two races particularly easy.

Vanderwoude has put together a perfect conservative record this term (100%) and has also introduced legislation to provide tax credits for parents who send their children to private school. Having a reformed-minded legislator from SeatA is vital.

In Seat B, Cliff Bayer was instrumental in securing a higher grocery tax credit for Idaho families. His tenacity on this issue was absolutely critical and marks a very strong term for Bayer. Bayer’s record wasn’t perfect (92%), but I’ll take it from an incumbent.

The trio of Senator Russ Fulcher, Vanderwoude, and Bayer represents the most conservative delegation in the State of Idaho, and also along with District 19′s Democrats, the most unified delegation in the State. It’s my hope, District 21 voters keep the set together.
