		<description>Sounds to me like the Neocons who took over the Republican Party 20 years ago are trying to make sure that only the Neocon republicans get to vote in the primary, since only Neocons remained loyal to the party as it turned from semi-libertarian to a second democratic party.  If this suceeds, it will result in most of the previously disenfranchised republican voters from being able to vote for their candidate.  And we have the nerve to accuse other countries of having a corrupt election system.</description>
