I'd heard a little bit about a change to a bill after Congress had enrolled it, plus remember not every American is as well-informed as you. If most Americans knew the foolishness that went on in Washington (and thought they could do something about it), we wouldn't have 95%-98% incumbent re-election rates. I don’t doubt it. Secondly, Unfortunately, I can't re-record. However I did try to address the scratchyness and if you forward past about the 17th-18th minute, it should get much better. Stevens' "Bridge to Nowhere" and Young's Florida highway are old news and we both know that there are plenty of questionable efforts to highlight. But it's cool that you brought up Pitts. I wanted to listen to the whole podcast but it was too scratchy - maybe you could rerecord it. Adam,
