like, the way Huckabee ordered the destruction of all the hard disks when he left the Governor’s office, depriving citizens from the records of his time in office and causing the office to have to overspend its budget for the rest of the year to replace them?

Not really. However, lots of people are having similar problems and the State’s Ethics Commission exonerated Huckabee of wrongdoing.
