Keenan for Senate
Posted by Adam Graham in : PoliticsIn 1993, I met Conrad Burns in a parade for Republicans March into the 21st Century. I came to his events in the 1994 Senate Campaign. I voted to re-elect him in 2000. However, with the talk of the Abramoff scandal, its time for him to go.
Republicans in Montana face a choice, but its not between Burns and his Republican challenger State Senate Minority Leader Bob Keenan. It is between defeat and victory. Republicans can win or they can lose. Keenan’s far from perfect, but Burns is just an albatross around the neck of state Republicans at this point.
