Posted by Adam Graham in : PoliticsAs frustrating as I know it is that Mel Martinez ended up getting the RNC job instead of Michael Steele, this is not an issue to lose your head over. The job was going to be one that Bush was going to fill and sadly all it tells us is that Bush simply doesn’t get what happened as he put a close Lieutenant as the public face of the party rather than someone who would fire up the grassroots.
Be patient and keep your head about you. We’ve got many more important races coming up including House Minority Leader and Whip, and of course, President in 2008.
