Left Wing Update

Justice Roberts had a minor spill and the liberal haters at Democratic Underground followed up with their usual bile. American Princess breaks it down with plenty of quotes.

Also, Talk Left reports that Congressman Jay Inslee (D-WA) has filed impeachment papers against Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez. While I don’t believe Gonzalez has committed high crimes and misdemeanors, I applaud Inslee for having the guts to follow the Constitutional process rather than doing something absurd and extra-constitutional like censure or no confidence. The idea that there are those on the Left who would just as soon turn our system into a parliamentary one by legislative fiat is quite disturbing.

Rest In Peace Moderate Wing of the Democratic Party. At the DLC meeting, all eight of the Democrat contenders were a no-show. The KOS Kids have totally displaced the DLC in influence in the primaries. What that means is that future Democratic nominees won’t be moderates, but liberals who try and learn to talk like moderates.
