Lunch with Bubblehead

Just returned from a lunch with Joel (aka Bubblehead) the number 1 Submarine blogger in Idaho and one of the tops in the world. We went out and had a nice talk over burgers. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure to meet. He also told some stories that truly increased my appreciation for his service to our country.

I really like doing these face to face meetings and look forward to doing more of them and hopefully with some bloggers who I’m further away from ideologically will agree to do this. The destructive part of our political blogger is often caused by fighting faceless strangers. The more we meet each other, I think the more we’ll approach something close to civility towards one another as bloggers and as human beings.
