Sandra Day O’Connor said that Roe v Wade was on a “collision course with itself” because of its reliance on viability.

That may turn out to be the case. I think Viability can safely be moved back to the 23rd or 24th week. Plus another remarkable detail of this story is that the mother lied about the Child’s age to get doctors to work to save it. This could push it back to who knows-21 or 22 weeks and the trend will be ever downward.
