Sowell on Obama

Posted by Adam Graham in : Presidential Race 2008

Two great quips from Thomas Sowell on Barack Obama:

Unlike most politicians, Barack Obama does not waffle. He comes out boldly, saying mutually contradictory things…

If Barack Obama had given a speech on bowling, it might well have been brilliant and inspiring. But instead he actually tried bowling and threw a gutter ball. The contrast between talking and doing could not have been better illustrated.

Thomas Sowell is a national treasure. Imagine a debate between Dr. Sowell and Senator Obama…the poles of the continuum between the vacuum and absolute density of substance.

Love those “serious” conservative pundits. They really know how to get right down to what’s important: Obama’s bowling.

Sowell spent the 90′s obsessing over Linda Tripp, Vince Foster, Monica Lewinski, and has one of the worst cases of Clinton Derangement Syndrome. I bet he’s looking forward to 8 years of being in the minority again.

Um, no, Sowell’s point is thtat talking is easy, doing is hard.
