Stop the Coronation

Meanwhile Governor Rick Perry (R-TX) asks Huckabee to step out of the race, but Huckabee believes we should have a real election: funny idea. Adam, we have a (very, very) slim-to-none chance of electing a non-surrenderist to be the next POTUS. The best the Repugnican’ts are offering both firmly believe in surrendering our borders (Juan MexiCain hasn’t given up on amnesty for alien invaders and Huckacon’s record as The Governor from Tyson Food lends no weight to his recent declarations of support for border security, etc.) and are snakes and liars.
That’s what’s left running. And Romney standing in the wings as the token “conservative”? If such a thing weren’t utterly insulting it’d be humorous.
At this stage, we have only two things to hope (and pray) for:
A genuine “Damascas Road” experience for HUckacon and/or Juan MexiCain and/or
A brokered convention where a Gingrich/Thompson ticket emerges. *heh*

Great links. I miss your daily quotes and verses, though.
Have a wonderfully blessed day.

I have something to make you laugh, something to make you re-think your TV viewing habits (if this link doesn’t work, try this one), and something to expose the truth about the Tet-Offensive, by Arthur Herman ……

Rosemary, I’m going to try and get back on track with those quotes and verses.
David, I’ll say this for Huckabee, he convinced Jim Gilchrist and Duncan Hunter of his sincerity, McCain’s convinced none of the border security folks.

Adam, thanks. You provide links to some excellent articles here. Two of them really crystallize for me what the ‘Right’ is and exactly who is at the heart of that…so-called ‘evangelical’ Christians.
I may link to this tonight.
