Sunday Round-Up
Posted by Adam Graham in : BloggingI’ve gotten an account with Bloglines recently and its been one of the best blogging moves ever. I can now see when my favorite blogs update and not visit them fruitlessly, hoping for an update. Here are some great stories I found:
1) Courtesy of Basil’s Blog found a great TV news story about a Bakersfield Church spreading the gospel at a Porn Convention.
2) Michelle Malkin reports that In Britain, the entrenched pro-abortion side is losing ground, as thanks to new 3D ulrasound Technology, more people are seeing the humanity of the unborn and public opinion is moving towards cutting the availability of abortion off before the current 24 week limit.
3) Pro-Life Blogs contrasts the coverage of 100 people marching for assisted suicide v. 100,000 marching for life. Now to be fair, the assisted suicide story was local to Arizona, but still the gap in coverage is remarkable.
4) The Volokh Conspiracy notes that a French politician was fined 3000 euros for Speaking out against Homosexuality in France plus he was required to pay each of three homosexual organizations who sued him 3000 euros. Beware of the “tolerant” liberal left. You can have free speech in liberal countries but it cost you through the nose.
5) Stuck on Stupid has a preview of a new video from Jeremiah Films making a case for indicting Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY.). While the video looks promising, Jeremiah Films has made a pretty good living attacking the Clintons and none of their attacks have had any real impact beyond selling some videos and spreading conspiracy theories. Given my experience with the Clinton Chronicles, I’ll probably take this with a grain of salt unless they’ve got something really solid.
UPDATE: The film is not actually from Jeremiah Films and a source assures me the information is solid. We’ll see.
