		<description>First, the most obvious is the need to keep nuts out of positions of leadership and prominence. In any type of movement on immigration, there&#039;s always going to be a few racists thrown in the mix of a lot of good, decent folks. Its also a good idea to encourage Hispanic Advocates of Immigration Reform to be front and center on the issue.&lt;br /&gt;

 That&#039;s an easy one to frame. Immigrants hurt the lowest income Americans most. Since a disproportionate number of lower income citizens happen to be minority that Irish immigrant who steals his way into this country is harming the black citizen who is competing for the same job.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
  A large pool of ready labor drives down the pay for unskilled and entry level positions. Who benefits by paying lower wages to immigrants? Who profits when the wages of citizens are driven down? The answer is Business.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Those who scream about the evils of outsourcing are the same ones who call for measures which hurt hard working Americans, particularly minorities.&lt;br /&gt;
