The Rush to Attack
Posted by Adam Graham in : PoliticsRush Limbaugh’s grandfather would be honored by a bill in the US House, but the AP can’t help but attack the more nationally known Rush III:
“The grandfather was the epitome of what a lawyer and distinguished community leader should be,” said Frank Nickell, director of the center for regional history at Southeast Missouri State. “He was very cultured, very genteel, very quiet and very polite.”
In short, Rush Sr. was the antithesis of Rush III…
“In my humble opinion, they couldn’t pick anyone who is more deserving of having his name on this courthouse,” Suggs said. “But if they chisel it in stone they better make sure they put the ‘Sr.’ out there in big letters.”
Show some class, please. These people are turning the honoring of Rush III into an occassion to bash Junior. This is sadly typical American liberalism.
