To deliver these type of wise rulings:

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Judicial Court said the constitution does not bar citizen initiatives from making prospective changes to the constitution, even if that effectively overrules the effect of a prior court decision.

So, constitutional amendments can amend the Constitution? Wow, maybe I, too could earn a 6 digit salary to explain complex legal issues like that.

Seriously, shame on the lawyers for bringing this travesty.
