What Good is Arnold?
Posted by Adam Graham in : PoliticsThere’s a reason to re-elect Arnold in California despite the liberal legislation that he has signed and that is because he still can use the Veto pen to save California from going all the way down the drain where the legislature wants to take it:
SACRAMENTO, California — Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed a bill that would have given California’s electoral votes in presidential elections to the winner of the national popular vote, rather than the candidate who captured the state.
They’ll be back next year and hopefully Arnold will be back to veto it again.
