What Happened to Harold Reynolds?

ESPN has fired popular baseball analyst Harold Reynolds, according to a report in the New York Post.
The reason for the move is not known.
The story’s about 40 minutes old, but I’d be really curious to know why. This is definitely an odd move for a network to make mid-season. Reynolds is a pretty good analyst and if there’s no ethical funny business involved (and with him, I don’t imagine there would be.) he should land safely somewhere else.
