When I Was a Younger and Foolish

In the early 1990s when they were popular, we were also nearing the end of a 40 year Democratic monopoly in Washington. I believed that our problem wasn’t that people were serving too long, but rather that the wrong people were serving. If only we elected Conservative Republicans, then we wouldn’t need term limits.
How wrong I was.
