I grew up and just went to County Fairs. In addition, we're eager to have kids. Peace and quiet doesn't take care of you when you're old. :) And peace and quiet doesn't leave a legacy behind. Also, you only have to bring the kids if you actually care and love them, I know a lot of parents in Idaho who leave the kids home with a Relative/babysitter and go down to Vegas to gamble.
