Today was a key day for America. A new website opened that allows Americans to do google-esque searches of government waste. (Hat Tip: Instapundit.)

While USASpending.gov was opening, big spenders were busy spending your money on whatever they wanted. Common sense reform of the Agriculture bill was defeated five times in the Senate. .House Democrats tried to push through a bill no one has even read that’s filled to the gills with special interest earmarks.

While at the same time, Nancy Pelosi is spending 67% more on her office budget than her predecessor including $16,000 for flowers and $20,000 for a speech writer to write one speech. Now is the Time, USSpending.gov.

From Australia a shocking case where a baby with dwarfism was aborted in the 32nd week of pregnancy due to the Mother’s mental health and the cold-hearted Doctor’s defense of the abominable proedure. (Hat Tip: Pro-Life Blogs.)

The San Francisco JROTC will live another year as the liberal school board can’t find an appropriate replacement for a group that’s tied to the “Homophobic” military. Apparently, they haven’t yet have figured out how to make “The Young Communists Soldiers of the Revolution” get the federal matching funds of JROTC. (Hat Tip: Michelle Malkin.)
