Don Cyphers seems to be taking an attitude of "if I ignore this, it will go away" in relation to my complaint with the Wage and Hour board.
After failing to respond to my original complaint, Cyphers has chosen to ignore Tom Brodowy's determination that Cyphers must pay $3432.19 (the original $1634.38 plus a 110% penalty fee). Now Brodowy's original determination has been made a final agency decision and issued an order of default against Cyphers.
Cyphers has until February 4th to send payment or request a judicial review of the decision.
